Privacy policy:
Thank you for your interest in our company. Data protection is of a particularly high priority for us. It is generally possible to use our website without providing any personal data. However, if a data subject wishes to make use of special services of our company via our website, it may be necessary to process personal data. If the processing of personal data is necessary and there is no legal basis for such processing, we generally obtain the consent of the data subject.
The processing of personal data, such as the name, address, e-mail address or telephone number of a data subject, is always carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in accordance with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to us. By means of this data protection declaration, our company wishes to inform the public about the type, scope and purpose of the personal data we collect, use and process. Furthermore, data subjects are informed of their rights by means of this privacy policy.
We have implemented numerous technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data processed via this website is protected as completely as possible. Nevertheless, Internet-based data transmissions can generally have security gaps, so absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, every data subject is free to transmit personal data to us by alternative means, for example by telephone, fax or post.

1. Personal data
Personal data is information that can be attributed to you personally. This includes, for example, your name, your address, your telephone number and your e-mail address. In the following, we provide information about the collection of personal data in the case of business transactions or contact enquiries.
2. How your data is protected
We use a range of technical and organisational measures to protect both our website and the data stored by us against loss, destruction, unauthorised access, changes or publication by unauthorised persons. The input and transmission of personal data during the order or contact enquiry process is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method. A website encrypted with SSL transmits personal data to the server in encrypted form so that it is impossible for third parties to intercept or read it. By encrypting the transmission in this way, you can be sure that the data you enter can only be read by us.
Payment information, such as credit card or account data, is collected, processed and stored in encrypted form by the payment service provider PayPal offered in the shop.
3. When and for what purpose we use your data
We know that the careful handling of your personal data is very important to you. We therefore strictly adhere to the statutory provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act when collecting, processing and using your data. In principle, you can use our website without leaving any personal data. When making a contact enquiry via the online form or placing an order, personal data must be collected for processing. The personal data and information you provide us with is used to process contact enquiries, orders and the delivery of goods, as well as to process payment and any subsequent support enquiries.
4. What happens to your data (processing/disclosure/deletion)
We collect, store and process your data for the entire processing of your purchase or service, including any subsequent warranties, for our service and support. Your transmitted personal data is therefore stored in our IT system for optimal order processing and customer support.
The item you have ordered will be delivered by a transport company commissioned by us. For this purpose, we transmit your delivery address and e-mail address to this transport company. The transport company uses the e-mail address to provide you with information about the status of your consignments and a specific delivery date, which you can change yourself using this service. Payment processing data is sent directly from the shop to the selected payment service provider and processed there. For more detailed information, please refer directly to the payment service provider currently stored and offered in the shop. When purchasing on account, your personal data may be passed on to a debt collection agency in the event of late payment and a reminder.
The transmission of any data to service partners always takes place in accordance with the statutory provisions, in particular the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). The scope of the transfer is limited to the necessary minimum.
Under no circumstances will your data be passed on or sold to uninvolved third parties.
The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. Once this period has expired, the corresponding data will be deleted if it is no longer required for the fulfilment or initiation of a contract.
A further reason for deleting your personal data is if the storage purpose no longer applies or if you have made a claim for deletion, provided that this does not contradict the storage period prescribed by the European directives and regulations or another competent legislator. Or if the storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.
5. Information about your data and revocation
You have the right to request information about the data stored about you. If you have given your consent to the use of data, you can revoke this at any time. You also have the right to have your data deleted, blocked or corrected. In these cases, please contact the responsible body named below directly.

Data protection provisions about the application and use of YouTube
The controller has integrated YouTube components on this website. YouTube is an Internet video portal that allows video publishers to post video clips free of charge and other users to view, rate and comment on them free of charge. YouTube allows the publication of all types of videos, which is why complete film and television programmes as well as music videos, trailers or videos made by users themselves can be accessed via the Internet portal.
The operating company of YouTube is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.
Each time one of the individual pages of this website is accessed, which is operated by the data controller and on which a YouTube component (YouTube video) has been integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the data subject is automatically prompted by the respective YouTube component to download a representation of the corresponding YouTube component from YouTube. Further information about YouTube can be found at https://www.youtube.com/yt/about/de/. During the course of this technical procedure, YouTube and Google gain knowledge of what specific sub-page of our website was visited by the data subject.
If the data subject is logged in to YouTube at the same time, YouTube recognises which specific sub-page of our website the data subject is visiting when a sub-page containing a YouTube video is accessed. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to the respective YouTube account of the data subject.
YouTube and Google always receive information via the YouTube component that the data subject has visited our website if the data subject is logged in to YouTube at the same time as accessing our website; this takes place regardless of whether the data subject clicks on a YouTube video or not. If the data subject does not want this information to be transmitted to YouTube and Google in this way, they can prevent the transmission by logging out of their YouTube account before accessing our website.
The data protection provisions published by YouTube, which can be accessed at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/, provide information about the collection, processing and use of personal data by YouTube and Google.
Further information and the applicable data protection provisions of Google can be found at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
